Paul is the founder and principal consultant of PBLC, a boutique strategic leadership and organisation development consulting firm and has spent the last 10 years delivering strategic leadership and consultancy services across Australia and the Asia Pacific Region. His career in consulting followed 25 years of service to the Australian Public Sector, first serving as an Officer of the Royal Australian Navy, after which he held several influential executive leadership positions within the Australian Public Service.
Paul has been a keen participant and contributor to both the National Conversation’s hosted by Fearless, and in addition to joining the Board of Fearless, he volunteers as a Non-Executive Director for Lasercraft Australia, a social enterprise in the disability employment sector and serves as a volunteer commander within his local Marine Rescue NSW Unit at Terrigal.
