It’s the passionate and talented team at Fearless – our CEO, Board, Ambassadors, and Corporate Partners – that make it possible for us to continue to do the work we do.
At Fearless, our work complements the activities of other community-based organisations and government agencies that provide services to people with PTSD. We have a growing national presence throughout Australia and New Zealand, with the aim of having local representation in areas where there is a concentration of people who live with post-traumatic stress.
Paul Barrie
Paul is the founder and principal consultant of PBLC, a boutique strategic leadership and organisation development consulting firm and has spent the last 10 years delivering strategic leadership and consultancy services across Australia and the Asia Pacific Region. His career in consulting followed 25 years of service to the Australian Public Sector, first serving as an Officer of the Royal Australian Navy, after which he held several influential executive leadership positions within the Australian Public Service. Belinda Neil
Belinda is an inspirational speaker, author, and former New South Wales Police Inspector. Her 18 year career as a police officer included undercover operations, major crime and homicide investigation, and as a police hostage negotiator trained to counter terrorist level. She was medically retired in 2005 due to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Her best selling memoir ‘Under Siege’, outlines her policing experiences and the ‘lived experience’ with PTSD. Karen Williams
Dr. Karen Williams is a Consultant Psychiatrist who specializes in PTSD and other trauma syndromes. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. She obtained her undergraduate and medical training at the University of Sydney, NSW. She went on to complete Masters in Public Health and obtained specialty qualifications in Psychiatry. She completed additional training in Traumatic Stress Disorders through the Trauma Centre (Justice Resource Institute, MA). Dr Anastasia Hronis
Dr Anastasia Hronis (B Psych Hons, M Clin Psych, AMusA, LMusA, Ph.D) is a clinical psychologist and founder of the Australian Institute for Human Wellness, an organisation dedicated to meeting the growing need for innovation in supporting mental health and wellbeing. Services include individual and group therapy, specialised wellbeing support for performing artists, seminars for workplaces, school based interventions and psychology informed consultancy services.
